Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Two flour tortillas filled with sour cream and fajita chicken and smothered with mild green chili, sour cream sauce and jack cheese. Finished with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Served with borracho beans and Mexican rice.
